Fair usage
The public promise stays bounded while the product is in beta.
Quick Checks use public HTTPS targets only. When an account runs out of credits, new vc-tools work is blocked or queued; launch billing does not automatically charge extra runs. Agent Browser tasks are capped for Creator and Pro, with Quick Checks kept separate. Build minutes and tool credits are separate buckets inside the same subscription.
Provider breakers
Account-wide Agent Browser caps stay lower than upstream hard limits.
Hosted vc-tools work may queue after 24 active runs account-wide and stop at 30. Soft-cap crossings notify operators through the configured email/ntfy alert fanout. Quick Checks follow Browser Run Quick Action request-rate limits: queue after 8/sec account-wide and stop or retry at 10/sec. Sandbox runs can use up to 30 simultaneous container instances at launch. Agent Browser tasks may queue after 24 account-wide sessions and stop at 30. Agent Browser tasks reserve a slot before launch and never open above the hard cap.

Why are there so many separate limit rows?
Different work spends different infrastructure. Separate rows keep recovery clear when storage, builds, Pulses, or vc-tools hit a limit.
Can a user borrow build minutes for browser QA?
No. Build minutes and tool credits are separate buckets and do not borrow from one another.
Is Agent Browser available on every paid plan?
Creator and Pro include capped Agent Browser tasks while vc-tools is in beta. Quick Checks are the default browser path for every plan.
